Short visit to Hartslock Thursday 21 May pm. Three monkey orchids in meadow other side of hedge from slope looking towards railway bridge. Two in obvious flattened area and one further down the meadow in longer vegetation.
Orchid display of monkeys ladies and hybrids on slope stunning. Two pure lady orchids at least.
One area worn by photographers presumably laying prostrate under the temporary fencing. Fences did stop people wandering and trampling orchids so fencing effective overall in my view.
